The Leggings Shop has a hassle-free return policy. We want you to love your leggings, so if for any reason you do not, please visit our self-service returns center.
Return, Exchange, Refund Policy
- You can choose between a store credit or a refund for returns or exchanges.
- The leggings must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. It is fine if you tried them on.
- The leggings must be post marked returned within 30 days of the order date to qualify for store credit or a refund.
- After our Customer Service team has assessed the condition of the leggings we will process your store credit or refund.
- You can choose between store credit or a refund. Store credit will only be issued to you. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The Leggings Shop will provide a shipping label that you can print.
- The Leggings Shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Shipped
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from The Leggings Shop, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will replace your purchase at no cost!

Store Credit or Refund Timeline
The Leggings Shop will process your return within 2 business days upon receiving your package. Our Customer Service team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the Return, Exchange, Refund Policy above. Any applicable store credits will be issued the day of inspection and refunds will be reflected on your credit card statement within 5 business days following processing by The Leggings Shop.
The Leggings Shop team processes most orders within 24 hours. During that window, we can only accept an order cancellation if the order has yet to be shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
