Where Do We Ship?

We offer FREE shipping to the following countries, regardless of order size. For the rest of the world we offer FREE shipping for orders over $59 and $5.99 shipping otherwise.
All orders ship direct from our warehouse in China using either US couriers, Royal Mail or China Post. Tracking is available for most countries, and will be shared with the customer when available.
We process orders 7 days a week 365 days a year between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern Daylight Savings time. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and then 2-6 weeks for shipping. Shipping time will depend on the country, see estimated delivery times below, which are in addition to order processing times. We stock inventory in a US and UK warehouse but sometimes we run out and have to ship from our warehouse in China. The below shipping time frames are based on shipping from China. If we ship from the USA or the UK shipping times are much faster and usually only a few days. Your order will identify the estimated shipping time and you will be able to track your order.

* US holidays as well as Chinese holidays can delay shipping times. If you do plan to order around a holiday, please order early to make sure your leggings arrive on time. Click here for a calendar of Chinese national holidays during which our warehouse staff in China will be on vacation. We cannot be held liable for longer than estimated shipping times. We will do our best to alert customers of times when holiday shipping times may cause delays.
It is solely the buyer's responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors, such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number, may delay or prevent timely delivery. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft, or delay. ORDER CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
All processed orders will have applicable tracking links emailed to the email address used on the order. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking details to populate on the tracking website. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office about the delivery.
The Leggings Shop team processes most orders within 24 hours. During that window, we can only accept an order cancellation if the order has yet to be shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at email@example.com and a member of our team will get back to you.
